We’re thrilled to welcome you to a community of property managers working together to protect your vacation rental homeowners’ right to rent. With the Right to Rent Program, property managers can collect a nominal $2/reservation from your guests and automatically donate it to Right to Rent monthly. The enrollment process is easy and quick, but your impact will be long-lasting.

Fill out the form below to get started. If your PMS hasn’t yet activated the Right to Rent Program, you’ll be on a list to receive an alert when it does. If your PMS has activated the  program, we’ll walk you through the onboarding flow. Here’s how it works:

1. Review and agree to participation terms
2. Securely connect your property management software (PMS)
3. Add a bank account or credit card for donations

From there, your contribution will be automatically calculated each month based on reservation checkouts, collected via Stripe, and driven support advocacy efforts that defend and expand fair vacation rental regulations in your backyard and across the country.
