We just launched something we’re really excited about: Half Stays Local.
Here’s the short version: it’s an automated funding engine that turns everyday reservations into advocacy dollars. Property managers enroll, $2 gets collected on every completed guest stay, and it splits right down the middle: $1 stays with the state association, $1 goes into a national grant pool that a group can apply to tap into when things get urgent. No spreadsheets, no manual invoicing, just funding that flexes with your reservation volume.
