The Right to Rent Collaborative (R2RC) is thrilled to announce a partnership with Guesty, making it easier than ever for vacation rental hosts and managers to turn every reservation into an opportunity for advocacy. With this integration, operators can seamlessly support fair regulations and sustainable practices every time a guest books a stay.

By enabling this integration, Guesty users become part of a growing network of vacation rental operators standing up for balanced regulations and responsible short-term rental practices. Each $2 contribution per reservation directly fuels R2RC’s strategic advocacy efforts. 

Now, managers can also choose to allocate $1 of every $2 to stay local. By selecting a participating advocacy association at enrollment, $1 goes directly back to the state organization automatically. The other $1 goes to a national pool of funds for grants for industry-protecting efforts.

How It Works:

Once enrolled, contributions are gathered monthly based on the prior month’s checkouts. These resources are immediately put to work, supporting key advocacy initiatives across the country to defend property owners’ right to rent.
