This collective support funds grants and resources for state and local associations to build professional capacity, engage policymakers early, and defend local markets.
Our Promise: Financial support never dictates policy positions or grant awards. Our review process remains entirely independent.
End-of-Year Goal: $100K to Fund 5 More Associations
We are raising $100,000 before October to fund five additional state and local associations by the end of the year.
These grants help local advocates hire professional help, streamline operations, and build policymaker relationships before critical legislation lands. We need participation from the entire STR community to hit this target.

- Property Managers: Join the Right to Rent Program to automatically donate $2 per completed reservation via supported PMS integrations.
- Companies: Become a Corporate Member with an annual commitment. Sponsorship tier marketing benefits start at $5,000/year.
